Public website aggregate counter
Statistics and privacy
COALESIA uses a small counter to understand overall use of its public pages. It records daily totals, not individual visitor profiles.
What is counted
The counter runs on the homepage, product catalog, MOLISAN Skin & Wound and MOLISAN Elixir pages, and patient stories. It counts page views and clicks on links to start a consultation, open WhatsApp, call, email, or sign in as a physician. It does not run inside the clinical platform, assessment forms, or administration pages. This information page does not load the counter.
Only broad categories
Each count uses only a public page category, the interface language (EN, RU or KA), the event type, a coarse browser-viewport group (mobile or desktop), and a fixed source group: direct, Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, other, or internal. The browser reduces the referring address to one of these groups; the address itself is not sent to the counter. A source may be classified as direct when no referrer is available.
What is not recorded
This counter does not record names, phone numbers, IP addresses, full URLs, query-parameter values, URL fragments, form inputs, photos, diagnoses, or user identifiers. It does not create fingerprints or attempt to recognize a person across visits.
Cookies, browser storage and processing
This counter does not use cookies or browser storage. Any existing website feature that saves a language preference is separate from this counter. Counts are processed on our own server, without third-party analytics services.
Retention and start date
Daily aggregates are retained for 90 days. Older daily records are removed when the next event is counted. Statistics begin with installation of the counter; there are no historical statistics for earlier visits.
How to read the totals
Views and clicks are not counts of unique people. Clicking a consultation link does not mean an application was completed, a message was sent, or a consultation took place. Browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are respected. Browser settings and blockers can prevent counting, so these totals are approximate.
Separate server logs
Hosting and security server logs are separate from this counter and may contain IP addresses and other technical request information. This notice describes the public-page counter, not those separate logs.
Scope of this notice
This notice concerns public website statistics only. It is not a medical-data privacy policy or a consent form for processing medical information.
